Bachelor degree Age between 35-50 years old Candidate has more than 12 years of experience in which 5-year minimum operator company experience Minimum 3 years of office based experience (from the 12 years) Experience on rig and rigless activities Experience in auditing and inspection of rigs and rigless activities. Experience in HSEMS, HSE plan, Risk Assessment, HSE procedures and manuals, incident investigation Able to produce and write HSE manuals and procedures including bridging documents Ability to review contractual documents and identify project requirements and constraints/risks Develop and ensure that the drilling-related HSE Policy and strategic objectives are developed, signed off and reviewed periodically. NEBOSH certification (preferred)
